Southern California’s biggest classical music survey is underway at Classical KUSC. The radio station is asking music lovers to vote for up to three favorite pieces of classical music. To help jog listeners’ memories, the website has a list of well over 100 choices — from Albeniz to Zipoli.  Voters also are welcome to write in titles of their own choice.

“This is the first countdown KUSC has organized,” said Bill Lueth, vice president of USC Radio and KUSC. The station has the largest classical radio audience in America, he noted, and said he expects that many of its current and future listeners will partake in the online poll.

Voting continues until Wednesday, April 8, and the top 100 will be counted down on the air beginning April 22.

Make your choices heard! Vote today, and keep listening to hear how your favorites fared.
