Professor Kalb is a consultant, writer and speaker who has authored 10 books, 342 published articles and made over 582 media appearances. He currently writes for the Huffington Post and Business Insider.

A member of the Wall Street Journal’s crisis management expert panel, Kalb is an authority on marketing strategy, promotion, responding to rumors and image damage, branding and corporate image marketing and the use of social media and high-tech marketing. Former president of the American Marketing Association and CEO of his own consulting and training firm, Kalb has expanded the understanding and adoption of more effective marketing techniques.

He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Bio-Engineering Systems from UCLA, where he graduated with honors.
