More about the Coliseum renovation

Construction workers have already put in 172,000 hours of labor on the project, which is employing twice as many local hires as expected. 18 percent live within five miles of the site, and another 33 percent live within the City of Los Angeles. Overall, 60 percent of the construction workforce resides within L.A. County.

The renovation and restoration will create a first-class experience for fans and athletes, while preserving the integrity of this historic landmark. When renovations are complete in the fall of 2019, the venue will become the United Airlines Memorial Coliseum.
