USC event marks renaming of campus landmark for Joseph Medicine Crow April 11

WHAT: Dedication of the Dr. Joseph Medicine Crow Center for International and Public Affairs. Formerly the Von KleinSmid Center (VKC), the new formalist structure at the heart of the University Park Campus will be dedicated in the name of Joseph Medicine Crow – the first member of the Apsáalooke (Crow) to earn a master’s degree, Joseph Medicine Crow was selected by a committee of faculty, staff, students and alumni after USC President Carol L. Folt recommended the building be renamed.
