Commencement at the Coliseum: Media RSVP Guidelines
The following media guidelines are for journalists who wish to attend any of the USC Commencement ceremonies from Saturday, May 15 through Thursday, May 20

To celebrate the graduating classes of 2020 and 2021, USC is hosting ceremonies twice a day for a week, at 8:30 a.m. and at 3:30 p.m., through Thursday, May 20. The following steps ensure easy access for any journalists wishing to cover the milestone moment:
- RSVP a day ahead: Media must RSVP to attend any of these ceremonies by contacting USC Media Relations staff at uscnews@usc.edu and by calling the USC Media Helpline, (213) 740-2215. We would prefer to receive notice at least 24 hours ahead of time to ensure easy access. Please inform us which ceremony and which day you would like to attend. We will provide you with instructions for check-in after you contact us.
- Day of attendance: Complete a TrojanCheck for symptoms to ensure we fulfill the health and safety guidelines for attendance. This will provide a QR Code to ensure your entry into the Coliseum. Wear a mask. Display your media credentials.
- Access at the ceremony: All media will be accompanied by a USC Communications representative.
